Santa Maria: The beach of Santa Maria is situated only 2km. away from the settlement of Naoussa. It is, actually, a long coastline divided into two sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, offering a beautiful view onto the island of Naxos.  Santa Maria is ideal for those wishing to stay away from the crowds. Due to the strong northern winds, the location is preferred by many windsurfers. There is also a Surf Club with experienced instructors. An organized campsite is located behind the two beach. The visitor can, also, find here many traditional tavernas, cafeteria and hotels.
