Platanos: Platanos is the capital of Leros, located on top of Agia Marina. In Platanos the visitor may walk through the narrow streets of the town with the City Hall, the library , as well as numerous hotels, souvenir shops and traditional cafes. It is worth walking up to the Castle of Leros, but keep in mind that you will have to climb 300 steps.
