Perivolia
a small village built on an altitude of 450 m. It is surrounded by small gorges, water falls and chestnut tree forests. The village is located 29km away from Kastelli Kissamou and 62km from Chania.
It is the capital of the municipality .
The inhabitants occupy with farming, stock breeding, bee-keeping and handicraft (barrels, traditional lamps, baskets).

Sights: The Skalidis museum, watermill, old olive-press, and old school the archeological site of Myrina and tombs from the Roman period.
