Pefki, (meaning «pine tree» in Greek), is situated on the north side of the island, 118km. away from Chalkida. It is one of the most popular holiday resorts in Evia with a great number of hotels, commercial shops, tavernas and cafeterias to choose from. For the lovers of nature, there are also a few fully organized camping sites. The beautiful pine forest offers moments of relaxation, while the deep blue sea, with its crystal clear waters, is ideal for swimming. The sandy beach is 4km. long. From here, you can take the flying dolphin in order to visit the islands of Skopelos, Skiathos and Alonissos.
