The picturesque village of Naoussa is situated in a huge bay in the northern part of Paros, 10km. east from Parikia. It is built amphitheatrically around a tiny port and the visitors can admire the remains of  a Venetian castle. Despite tourism, the village manages to retain its authenticity, consisting of white little houses and narrow stone-paved streets. There are many tavernas, cafeterias and night clubs to choose from.  Naoussa is also famous for its numerous golden beaches, such as Kolimbithres, Agios Ioannis, Monastiri and many more
