Marathias is a beautiful, coastal village situated close to the historic towns of Nafpaktos and Galaxidi. It has a population of approximately 450 inhabitants, covered in orange, lemon and olive trees. The long beach is ideal for swimming and relaxation away from the crowds. There is also a small, picturesque port with a beautiful scenery. The visitor can find here quite a few hotels, tavernas and traditional cafeterias.
