Lygia : Lygia is a village of Ilia, ex independent community and today municipal apartment of the Municipality of Bartholomio. It is placed about 10 kilometres from Bartholomio and is the second biggest, afterwards the seat, municipal apartment, of Lygia. Lygia has roughly 650 residents and is near the sacred Abbey of Saint Eleoysis and in the settlement and the beach of Glyfas.
Glyfa is a settlement of Municipal Apartment of Lygias of Municipality of Bartholomio. It was founded in the decade 1920, by the Committee of Re-establishment of Refugees, in order to accomodate Mikrasians Refugees that had come in Greece from Karampourna of Ionia, of Kappadokia, of Ponto, of Chalkidona, of Dardanelia and of Ikonio. The economy of village is based on the agriculture and circumstantially on the tourismetres There are produced olive oil, citrus fruits, watermelons, other melons and horticultural. In the region stands two campings, a hotel, enough rented rooms, two taverns where you can eat fresh fish and rural a centre.
