Livadakia: The village of Livadakia is situated right next to the port, on the western side of Livadi. Livadakia is popular for its facilities, such as hotel, tavernas, cafeterias and bars. The sandy beach offers a variety of water-sprts, being well protected from the strong northern winds, («meltemia»). It is ideal for swimming and relaxation and there is also an organized campite.
