The town of Limenaria is situated 42km. away from the town of Thassos. More precisely, it is the second largest town on the island. The sandy beach of Limenaria is ideal for swimming and long walks with crystal clear waters. East of Limenaria you can, also, find the beach of Metalia with the abandoned mines.
