The town of Larissa is one of the most important commercial, industrial and cultural centers of Greece. More precisely, Larissa is the capital city of the Thessaly periphery, with a population of approximately 250,000 inhabitants. The town is outspread on the infinite plain, crossed by the river of Pineios.
