Kyra Panagia: Kyra Panagia is one of the most well known and most photographed beaches of the island. It is located on the northeastern part, about 10km. from the town f Karpathos.
The beach lies in a cove between the mountains and has a mixture of sand and smooth pebbles. The settlement is close to Apella beach. A few rooms, restaurants, a hotel and one tavern are standing on Kyra Panagia.
