Korissia: The village of Korissia, (5.5km. away from Ioulida), is situated on the northwestern side of the island and is its natural harbor. The settlement is the most popular seaside resort of Kea with a beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters. Along the harbor there are many cafeterias, bars and restaurants.
Only 1km. away you can reach the small beach of Gialiskari. Additionally, on the south side of Nikolaos bay, (which was a pirate stronghold in the 13th century), the visitor can find the little port of Korissia, also known as Livadi.
