Kassiopi is one from the most developed villages of northern department of Kerkyra. It was today created in the antiquity as a village of fishermen and offers all the tourist infrastructures and 2 beaches. In Roman season it was an affluent village and also it were found in the naval course and in nowadays it proved as a village with its own charm, centre, graphic harbour, 2 bights with the beaches separated by a cape and the ruins of a Byzantine castle. Kassiopi is connected to the Kerkyra Town with buses with daily itineraries. You can also rent cars, jeep, motorbikes, and bicycles. If you wish, there is the possibility of renting a boat in order to explore the coast or make daily excursions in other villages or you can also travel in other islands.
In Kassiopi there are two beaches: the first one is pebbled and it is found near the village, it is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, toilets and showers and also marine sports.
