Granitsa is situated on the northwestern region of Evritania, 82km. away from Karpenissi. It is a mountainous village, built in a wooded downhill area of mountain Liakoura, next to the small river Granitsiotis. All houses follow the traditional architectural style, covered in a rich vegetation. Granitsa has a population of no more than 500 inhabitants. The visitor can find here some cafeterias, tavernas, rooms to let and a single hotel.
