The graphic fish village Frikes is found in the north-eastern part of the island and in distance of 13 km from Deep. In the small harbour you will see the two traditional, in good quality windmills that they add in the region of their own beauty. The small exceptional beaches of the region attract crowd of bathers. The Frikes present also archaeological interest while they are identified with the Omirus port of Rill. Today, in the little harbour of the region stays there many privately mainly ships that come from the neighbouring islands: Lefkada, Kalamos, Meganisi and Astos.
