The beach of Ferma is situated 45 kilometers far from Agios Nikolaos at the southeast and 10 kilometers eastern to Ierapetra, just off the homonymous village. A lovely sandy beach, within a small cove, well protected from the winds. Well enough organised, it offers good accommodation facilities in hotels and rooms to let; restaurants, taverns and cafes for food and drink are available both in the village itself and at the nearby settlements and beaches of Agia Fotia and Galini. Swimming and sunbathing facilities (sunbeds, umbrellas), as well as sea sport facilities are available at the beach.
