Faros: Faros is a graphic fishing village, 7km. away from the capital town of Sifnos and 12km. away from the port. It is the most protected natural harbor of the island, named after the lighthouse, («faros» in Greek), which was built in the cape of Stavros. Next to the village there is a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters. Here, a few tavernas and rooms to let can be found.
The wonderful view towards the Aegean Sea, together with the rock of Chrissopigi is the best reward to all visitors.
