Drepano: Is a village that remarkably makes you feel you are on an island. Amphitheatrically built, the houses are stan- ding on rocky ground, very close one to another, forming picturesque alleys and having view to the open sea. It is basi- cally a peninsula and you can find the remainings of a Venetian castle on its end. A mill at the exact center of the city will travel your mind to the past. The mandarin trees planted all over the village and the Plaka beach form an exceptio- nal landscape. The village has many hotels and residences you can choose to stay and the touristic movement is very vivid.
