In the 35 kilometres from the city of Konitsa, is found the village Amarantos. It is a village that even if it is found in one of a lot non-walked regions gone around from a lot of mountains, near in the Greek-Albanian borders it has still permanent residents (30 individuals), that live there winter-summertime! The village Amarantosis famous in order to his therapy baths, and it has maximum good quality in clean anddrinking waterfrom the sources where they exist there. The summer months because of the therapy baths, his population goes up at a lot of residents! It allocates rooms that can entertain local and foreigner visitors, and the local residents are very hospitable, and they try always for the good of their village!
