The beautiful, long sandy beach of Agia Anna is situated 7km. away from the island’s town. The beach is protected from the strong northern winds, («meltemia»), making it ideal for swimming and various water-sports. Some parts are fully organized, while others are not. A little fishing port is interrupting that endless beach. The visitor can find here several hotels, cafeterias and tavernas.
