The beach

The sandy beach of Acharavi, with its clear, fine, golden sand without any rocks, forms a unique combination with the green of Corfu and the blue of the Ioanian Sea, giving visitors the opportunity to enjoy sunbathing in a truly picturesque

environment, where their every wish is satisfied. Located in front of the hotels, it is an organized beach with deck-chairs, umbrellas and other facilities for sea sports and games. However, visitors can walk a few dozen yards and enjoy swimming and sunbathing in total peace and isolation, surrounded by dunes.

A true jewel, Filorian is built at an idyllic beach location, with an enchanting northern view of the blue sea and a southern view of the green mountains of Corfu. To our right and left stretches the green valley of Acharavi, embroidered with colorful daisies and beautiful villas with flowering gardens. The location we selected for construction combines a beautiful, quiet environment which is just a few minutes away from the intense, cosmopolitan nightlife of Corfu, if our visitors wish to partake in it.

Apartment types

Studio (2-4 persons):  This is a two-space apartment:

The one part operates as a hallway, kitchen and dining room all-in-one. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, two-burner stove, boiler, dishes, etc.) and this is where the automatic telephone set is located. The other part is the double bedroom, which also contains a couch that can easily be converted into a comfortable third bed. At the client’s request, a fourth bed can also be added. The bedroom is equipped with an air-conditioning unit, a safe, a satellite television set, an ironing board and iron, as well as slippers. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and a hairdryer. The apartment has a fully equipped veranda with a roof.

Apartment Α1 (2-4 persons):

This is an apartment with an air-conditioned double bedroom, an air-conditioned living room, a television set and a closet that contains: a safe, an ironing board and iron, as well as slippers. The apartment also contains two couches that, at the client’s request, can be converted into beds at a small surcharge. There is also a hallway, equipped with an automatic telephone set, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, two-burner stove, small oven, boiler, plates, etc.), a bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped veranda.

Apartment Α2 (2-6 persons):

This is an apartment with two air-conditioned double bedrooms, fully equipped and including slippers. There is also an air-conditioned living room, a closet with a safe, an ironing board and iron, a television set, as well as two couches that, at the client’s request, can be converted into beds at a small surcharge. There is also a hallway, equipped with an automatic telephone set, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, two-burner stove, small oven, etc.), a bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, as well as a large, fully equipped veranda.

Note: “Fully equipped” means that clients will find all furnishings of a regular home in the apartment.

There are also free swings for young children.
