Our multi-purpose conference facilities offer 15 function rooms with a total conference capacity of up to 1600 delegates. Imperial Rhodes is the ultimate choice for your upcoming/next event. With more than 15 years of experience in the field of MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibitions/Events), particularly in the sectors of medical technology and pharmaceutical conferences, the Imperial Rhodes has the experience required to run a professional event.
Functions Rooms
Our function rooms are fully equipped with the latest Audio Visual equipment, as well as wireless Internet, and the majority of them offer natural daylight with no sightline obstructions.
Imperial Ballroom Area
Imperial Ballroom, our largest conference room is suitable for conferences and presentations. It opens up to a spacious foyer, and private terrace, which overlooks the Aegean Sea. Coffee breaks are served on the terrace, where guests may enjoy their coffee whilst taking in the magnificent view.
The ballroom (618 sq m) can seat up to 650 guests and can be divided equally into two parts. The wall between the Imperial Ballroom and Imperial Foyer may also be removed to create and exhibition space of 1036 sq m.
Imperial Ballroom has three adjoining breakout rooms:
· Aphrodite Boardroom (64 sq m) – 60 guests in theatre Style seating
· Ariadne room (136 sq m) – 150 guests in theatre Style seating
· Artemis room (64 sq m) – 60 guests in theatre Style seating
Kamiros Conference Centre
This Conference centre has its own private entrance, making it suitable for events that require a high level of security. It consists of three conference rooms:
· Kamiros room (368 sq m) – 170 guests, Theatre style
· Zeus room (368 sq m) - 200 guests, Theatre style
· Ialyssos room (136 sq m) – max 110 guests, Theatre style
The Kamiros Conference Centre is suitable for smaller meetings or product launches, and may also be used as a breakout area for conferences being held in the Imperial Ballroom.
Additional Meeting Rooms
The hotel offers a variety of additional function rooms ranging from 30 to 70 guests:
· Elafos room (128 sq m) – 100 guests, Theatre style
· Lindos 1 (48 sq m) – 30 guests, Theatre style
· Lindos 2, 3, 4 (77 sq m each) – 70 guests, Theatre style
Conference Package
Meet in style while choosing the Imperial Rhodes Conference Rate Package. Each package consists of accommodation, welcome amenity, main meeting room rental, two coffee breaks, lunch menu, dinner menu and standard AV equipment.
Business Centre
The hotel offers a fully equipped business centre with secretarial services and includes computer with printer, Internet access, fax machine, photocopier, binding and laminating machines.
Catering
Imperial Rhodes is able to cater for events of up to 600 guests on site and up to 1600 guests at various outdoor catering venues on the island of Rhodes.
