Civitas Boutique hotel offers 8 Exclusive Residences , each approximately 30 sqr meters of indoor space, the residencies are either loft type or one level units.

Mattress by Media strome ( Prestige type) plus micro fiber bed or feather bed.
Views to the beach, the historic town or the atrium , balconies are available.
